Question: How many grams of filter coffee do you need for one person/dose? thanks?

A tbs/ cup is a good rule of thumb.

About 7 grams of coffee grounds for each 6 ounces of water is what I am presently using. I prepare my coffee MAINLY in a MELITTA #2 filter cone using a #2 paper filter. I pour 18 ounces of water through 21 grams of coffee grounds to fill my insulated stainless steel mug.
